Nc Complete Auto Care recommended this place to fix my car. Where do I start!! They did not fix my differential issue I was having but charged for parts and labor knowing the issue still persists. If you are a honest mechanic shop you would have told me the issue I'm having your shop mechanics are not qualified to do the work, and put the old parts back on. No they charged me parts and labor $1,380.53 and the car still have the same issue.. Not only that they broke a sensor while trying to do the repair so that left me without my car for another day.. They did repair the sensor but the main issue is still there.. I wouldn't recommend their service. So now I'm on my way to another shop to make sure they are able and equipped to do the repairs. I'm out of $1,350.00 I wouldn't recommend this shop not even to fix a flat tire. I'm at another repair shop I'll post updates they may have did more damage to my car. If so I'm taking legal action..

I can't thank Cary Automotive enough for helping with our family van during spring break. We had stopped into Raleigh for a few days to catch a Hurricanes game on our way to South Carolina and our van cut out on a Sunday. Thankfully I chose to have it towed to Cary Automotive before getting a rental and being on our way. They could have taken advantage of the situation, but were honest and made what turned out to be a fairly simple fix. They also identified a little skip in my transmission and suggested a fluid change which ended up fixing the issue. It was very calming on vacation knowing they were taking such good care of us and not breaking the bank! If I lived in the area I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!

Extremely happy I found Cary Automotive Repair. As my car gets higher in mileage, I’ve been looking for a shop that can help me stay on top of maintenance and repairs without breaking the bank. It’s refreshing to find a place that focuses on what actually needs to be done instead of pushing unnecessary services or repairs. The team was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not easy finding a repair shop you can trust, but I feel confident bringing my vehicle here and will definitely be returning in the future.

These folks are #1 in my book. They were friendly, informative and did exceptional and at a reasonable price. Headlamp motor repair. Being new to an area is a difficult proposition when it comes to finding a fair and reputable auto repair business. You know what I mean... I will definitely return to them should I have future auto repair services. They even invited me back just to stop by and chat. Great guys!
